No kissing

This is a sign shown in wallington station of the United Kingdom. According to local media reports, the sign is to prohibit passengers to kiss and embrace for a long time in order to prevent vehicles blocking in the stations. Some passengers expressed understanding, of course, some other people think this is very stupid rule,everybody have right to kiss his lover at any time.
