National Trust Fund survey found that the average British family spent 43 hours lying on the couch watching television at home a week. According to the data, annually each British family spent at least 13 weeks watching TV lying on the couch. In order to attract more British people to go out of the room, into the nature, the fund built 10 large-scale “green sofa” in different parts of Britain. Although the people sitting in the “green sofa” lost the fun of laptops and watching TV, but add a lot of fun sharing the beauty of nature with their families.
These large-scale “green furniture” manufacturing process takes about a month, green furniture are all made of natural plant: the structure of plant stalks, covered by green grass blankets, so that the natural growth of grass to finalize the construction of green furniture. These special “green furniture” is composed from “green sofa” and “green coffee table,” and the formation of a unique outdoor living room, making the British people still enjoy the family fun when going out of the room.
Some of the natural outdoor living room were placed in a picturesque natural scenic spots, some have been placed in the bustling town center. National Trust Fund instead using this somewhat humorous and funny way to “trick” more people into the beautiful nature.
