American karaoke songs winner won 1,000,000 Russian dumplings

Karaoke songs eighth World Championship ended in Moscow, Russia on Sep 24.
The competition winners may not be known around the world, but at least they do not have to worry about the next meal. As organizers prepared the strange prize for winners – one million Russian dumplings, the organizers do not make fun, the prize is really dumplings.
This session of the World Championships attract 31 amateur karaoke singers from 16 countries and regions to participating in. The competition last for 3 days, two days for qualifying, the third day is the final.
Accordance with the rules, the audience voted “most popular” singer, access to the award prepared by the organizers – one million Russian dumplings.
Competition organizers said, with a consumption of 100 dumplings a day, these dumplings is enough to eat for 27 years.
American players Edward Pimentel won “dumplings Award.” Pimentel, 30-year-old, who lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, an engineer at a telephone company.
The organizers said the aim of the competition is to unite the whole world under the banner of the karaoke songs. They hope this competition became the world’s biggest competition.
